Carlotta's main goal is to help you navigate through the confusing world of health and fitness and overcome those hurdles that in in the way of where you are and where you are destined to be. "Carlotta is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Research Scientist. Carlotta was born and raised in Guyana, South America and later migrated to the United States to pursue graduate studies. She has since earned a Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology and has been published in several high impact peer reviewed scientific journals.


Carlotta's passion for helping others stem from first hand experience in dealing with the damaging effects of body image issues. Not only has she overcome these issues but has found great satisfaction in helping many do the same.


Carlotta is also equipped with the knowledge and experience to help you realize your goals. Polly Hill Williams, BA, MBA

Polly developed a passion for Fitness and Wellness after overcoming her own weight loss struggles over the past three years. Training has become more than just a way for her to stay in shape. It has become a fantastic base to improve the way she lives, face health issues and prepare herself for life changes/challenges to enjoy life. She uses her personal experience and life struggles to work towards enhancing the well-being of her clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier life.
